Recent projects from Tri-Cities AI Lab, and the twenty years of web work before it. Every case file answers the same questions: what was wrong, what changed, what a person checked, and how it turned out. Numbers only where they were measured.

Recent Tri-Cities AI Lab work.

Case files from client work and from our own site. Anonymous where the client asked, or where the work belongs to someone else.

Case file, automation

The contract generator knew the rule. Nobody had taught it "unless."

A local masonry contractor's agreement tool worked perfectly until a small repair job needed different payment terms. The fix wasn't smarter software. It was writing down the exceptions.

Problem
One payment rule for every job
What changed
Normal path, known exceptions, and stop-and-ask
Outcome
Exceptions surface before an agreement goes out
